How to prepare gyokuro tea ?

1. Pour boiling water in the teapot.

4 à 5 minutes
2. Let it cool for 4 to 5 minutes (50 to 60°)

3. Pour the water into each cup (fill each cup to 70%) and throw awayany remaining water
4. Put 3.5 teaspoons of tea into the teapot
5. Pour the water in the cups into the teapot
2 à 2,5 minutes
6. Infuse the tea for 2 to 2.5 minutes.

7. Pour a small amount of tea into each cup, and then fill the cups again,starting with the last person served, until the pot is empty. Everyoneshould have the same strength of tea.
